Timothy Crowley

POSITION: Designer / Project Manager

EDUCATION: Triangle Tech, Associates Degree in Architecture , 1992 University of Pittsburgh, working toward Bachelor Degree in Architectural History, 1993

EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Crowley had worked for a number of architectural firms in the Pittsburgh, PA area during the years of 1992-1998 gaining valuable experience in the areas of computer aided drafting and design, office management, computer trouble shooting, as well as heath care, retail, and commercial architecture.  He also owned and operated Crowley’s Architectural Drafting Designs, a full service CAD company, for three years.
 
Upon moving to the Ohio Valley in 1998 Mr. Crowley worked as the lead designer and construction manager for the Ohio Valley branch of a Columbus, Ohio architectural firm.  He then accepted the position of Construction Manager of a 2.2 million dollar church addition where he was responsible for sub-contractor day-to-day operations and church volunteer projects alike.

Mr. Crowley in August of 2000 became an integral part of the Kayafas Architects team.  He has successfully completed a number of commercial projects for the firm and handles the majority of our construction administration tasks.  The key to a successful project is communication.  A highly organized project runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations while meeting project deadlines and budgets.  Mr. Crowley’s excellent managerial skills, as well as his outstanding client/contractor relations, insure that all parties work together as a team toward the attainable goal of a successful project.
